Whew.

Today I turned in THREE final papers for a combined total of 35 pages. If you're curious, I wrote: a short story in the Gothic terror style of Anne Radcliffe (plus critical preface), an original-idea scientific paper that proposed a line of research to determine the proximate physiological cause(s) of post-herd-takeover abortion in feral mares, and a primary-source based history paper on idolatry and saints in seventeenth-century New Spain.

So, you can see why I haven't posted for the last week or so.

I will do my very best to get you a quick post before I head off tomorrow, because this weekend is the camp at Inavale! This is probably my favorite horse thing of the year. Well, I haven't gone to the HT yet, but for now, the camp is my favorite. Unfortunately it has been raining all week - it is supposed to be nice this weekend, but fingers crossed for good footing and good weather.

Anyway. I'm off to take a nap, because I did not do very much sleeping last night.

Wow 35 pages is a lot!! Kudos to you on finishing them! Soooooo does that mean we might be able to plan a trail ride soon?? I think we need to. Maybe invite some other bloggers, if there are any local ones that read yours. What do you think??

I am really impressed with the complexity of your topics and also feeling really relieved that I am not in college anymore. Enjoy your break!

I graduated in 1986 and have not forgotten how stressfull it is. I have written lots of papers for jobs, but that is easier. Possibly it's because I learned how to crank out papers in college.
In longhand.
Then sent to a typist.

Yes to the trail rides - soonish. It will probably have to wait until after finals, because I'm still crazy busy through like the 15th. After that I am slightly less busy. Are there any local bloggers? I suppose I can post an invitation on here once we get it together.

Cara, that is IMPRESSIVE. I'd never be able to write a 10-page paper in one day if I had to do it that way ;)
